Waiver
**Acknowledgment of Risk:**
By signing below, I acknowledge that participation in activities at The Stvdio, including but not limited to gym workouts, fitness classes, dance sessions, and photoshoots, carries inherent risks. I understand that these activities involve physical exertion, which may result in injury, illness, or accidents. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any activity at The Stvdio.
**Release of Liability:**
In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities at The Stvdio, I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Stvdio, its owners, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability for any injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to myself, my property, or my dependents that may occur during or as a result of my participation in any activities at The Stvdio. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from negligence, whether active or passive, on the part of The Stvdio.
**Media Release:**
I understand and agree that The Stvdio may take photographs, videos, or other recordings of me during my participation in activities at The Stvdio or at events organized by The Stvdio. I grant The Stvdio the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, and distribute these images or recordings for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes without compensation to me. I understand that these images and recordings are the exclusive property of The Stvdio.
**Medical Conditions:**
I confirm that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in activities at The Stvdio. I agree to inform The Stvdio of any medical conditions or changes to my health that may affect my ability to participate in these activities.
**Governing Law:**
This waiver and release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action arising from or related to this waiver shall be brought in the courts of Mandaluyong City.
